• Support end-to-end service delivery for the Retiree Health Solutions Department
• Independently handle complex tasks such as escalations and report analysis
• Manage projects and coordinate with clients, carriers, and third parties
• Monitor and track service-related metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date and meet requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

• Working knowledge of administrative systems and collaboration tools (Web Ex Teams, Microsoft Teams)
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
