Manufacturer Support Analyst

Buyers Edge Platform ("BEP") was born out of the 20-year growth and success of its founding companies Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge, and Consolidated Concepts. BEP is a technology-enabled group purchasing network, which provides group purchasing services, SaaS-based technology solutions, supply chain consulting, and procurement-related services to food service operators across many verticals, including restaurants (independents as well as multiunit, chains, and franchise concepts), hospitality (hotels, casinos, resorts), healthcare (LTC based operators), colleges & universities and an array of other food service based operators (food trucks, caterers, amusement parks and other leisure based operators).

This position will ideally be hybrid based out of our office locations, such as in:
Lake Worth, FL;
Waltham, MA;
New London, CT or Chicago, IL but it can also be remotely based. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

We are looking to hire a Manufacturer Solutions Specialist
, who will be responsible for interpreting cases and crafting solutions to suit the unique needs of our partners. You will work closely with our Contract and Rebate teams, gathering and actioning Manufacturer feedback stemming from these processes. We are a high-growth organization, and as such there is an opportunity for creative problem-solving as we continue to innovate, bringing new value to our Manufacturer partners and members.

• Preparing spreadsheets, rosters, or similar documentation requested by our partners
• Case management and tracking, providing insights into open and completed work
• Collecting feedback from partners, with the goal of continuous process improvement
• Ad-hoc solution-building as unique needs are identified

• 2-year college degree or equivalent certifications in related competency
• 2+ years’ experience in a related role preferred
• Microsoft Office, Intermediate or better skill level. Complete comfort with Excel is essential
• Experience working within  is desired.
• Highly organized with a strong follow-through ability

• Strong time management, and ability to set and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize and deliver information in an understandable manner
