• Drive growth by identifying and developing new client relationships within the Financial Institutions vertical
• Provide expertise in loyalty consulting services and tailor offerings to meet client needs
• Own the sales process, including defining service scope and finalizing pricing in collaboration with partners
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior clients, serving as a trusted advisor
  
  Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accountability for process execution

• Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand or top consulting firm
• Proven background in a consulting or professional services role with experience selling to Financial Institutions
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with regional and multinational company executives
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and secure internal buy-in
• High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, ownership, and business acumen

• History of success in high-growth environments and navigating ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in dynamic situations
• Understanding of the interplay between business and technology
