Senior Product Manager Digital Acquisition

• Lead the development and refinement of product vision and strategy for banking products
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions
• Prioritize product features and improvements based on business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital onboarding and acquisition journeys

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and pricing strategies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks

• Proven success in digital acquisition initiatives, such as online account opening and funnel optimization
• Experience leading Agile pods or squads, with strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and backlog management
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
