• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into actionable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the progress of process initiatives to ensure successful delivery

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
