A leading insurance firm is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst II to enhance business processes primarily in a remote capacity. Candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia are preferred, with possible onsite requirements. Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of process analysis or project management experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves evaluating and redesigning processes, supporting change management initiatives and collaboration across departments.

Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 is offered.
