• Support the Business Process leadership team in coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into visible progress and measurable outcomes
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing workload effectively
• Facilitate communication across teams to enhance collaboration and execution of initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
