Senior Sales Operations Analyst

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Growth and Network Development leaders by providing insights and recommending solutions to enhance performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine sales processes and drive organizational effectiveness
• Oversee forecasting processes and pipeline management, ensuring data integrity and best practices
• Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making for leadership
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional growth while fostering a data-driven culture

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 5–7+ years of sales or revenue operations experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, , Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach

• Expert-level analytical skills with the ability to synthesize actionable insights from complex data
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management
• Strategic thinker who excels in dynamic, high-growth environments
