Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be the first voice clients hear and the trusted resource they rely on. You’ll support financial advisors by managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience while growing your career in a dynamic environment.

- Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
- Provide client support via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions, resolving inquiries and ensuring an outstanding experience
- Open accounts, handle account transfers, and process account transactions at the direction of the financial advisor; maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments, prepare client‑meeting materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives
- Streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan strategically

- Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn technologies such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software
- Experience in client service, account management, or administrative support preferred

Hiring Minimum: $21.38 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $23.14 per hour
