Project Management Senior Associate

• Provide analytics and insights on supplier performance to inform decision‑making

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data and developing actionable insights

• Experience with CROs such as ICON or PPD
• Familiarity with bioanalytical assays or R&D supplier workflows
• Exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools
