Danone North America is seeking a Sales Analyst to support our Kroger Customer Team. This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth through accurate contract creation, promotional execution, and sales reporting within Kroger’s systems.
This is a remote position with a preferred location in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities- Create, submit, and manage promotional contracts and MAPS forms within Kroger systems.
- Enter and maintain contracts in Demand Tec and Kantar with a high degree of accuracy, including updates, true-ups, and corrections.
- Ensure all deals are correctly set up, active, and aligned with Kroger promotional timelines.
- Validate pricing, pack groups, UPCs, promo weeks, and net costs prior to submission.
- Review promotional details across merchandising grids, contracts, and Kroger reporting to ensure complete alignment.
- Identify discrepancies in pricing, timing, or setup and resolve issues directly within systems.
- Conduct promotional audits, document compliance, and support post-audit reconciliation.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and execution reports using retailer data and internal tools.
- Analyze key business metrics including inventory levels, lost sales, distribution, assortment, and promotional performance.
- Support post‑promo analysis by ensuring data accuracy and alignment across sources.
- Maintain and update item information within Kroger systems to ensure accuracy in item setup, pricing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support new item setup by entering required data and verifying alignment across systems.
- Track pricing changes, price blocks, scrubs, and resets to ensure Kroger systems reflect the most current information.
- Maintain standard Kroger reporting including SAN reporting, promo trackers, bump charts, and audit documentation.
- Create and update dashboards, trackers, and internal reporting files to support team execution.
- Prepare accurate data files, promo lists, and materials to support internal and customer‑facing needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple promotions, deadlines, and system tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen).
- Experience with Kroger systems such as Demand Tec, Kantar, 84.51°, Market6, or item setup platforms.
