- Own the Data Platform end‑to‑end, with accountability for strategy execution, roadmap delivery, and outcomes
- Report to the VP of Product and operate as the senior product owner for platform capabilities
- Lead a team of product managers
- Balance strategic ownership with hands‑on delivery leadership
- Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders while maintaining clear product accountability
- 7 to 10 years of Product Management experience
- Hands‑on technical background or extensive experience partnering closely with engineering and data teams
- Proven experience with data platforms, ingestion systems, analytics and BI, governance, machine learning enablement, and developer tooling; experience with Databricks or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in fast‑moving, evolving environments
- Experience in energy, SaaS, data, or adjacent technology domains is preferred
