• Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Amazon Marketplace issues
• Develop data-driven mechanisms to analyze performance and monitor key metrics
• Build structured reporting suites to track internal request volumes and project milestones
• Lead solution ideation for stakeholders regarding brand-driven opportunities or challenges
• Manage and maintain business performance KPIs to ensure marketplace health and brand excellence

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience with Amazon systems, including Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Demonstrable understanding of ROI calculations and prioritization of business initiatives
• Experience in developing scalable processes and workflows
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex issues to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in e-commerce or a related field
• Background in project management or stakeholder leadership
• Familiarity with financial analysis and performance tracking
• Ability to write white papers and gap analyses for advocacy
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
