The Business Development Manager will drive acquisition and growth of online merchants by onboarding e-commerce businesses, marketplaces, and digital platforms to the company’s payment solutions.

• Identify, prospect, and onboard online merchants (e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription platforms, etc.)
• Drive merchant acquisition to meet revenue and transaction volume targets
• Build and manage strong relationships with key merchant partners
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support seamless merchant integration
• Monitor merchant performance, retention, and upsell opportunities
• Track pipeline activity and provide regular performance reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce business development
• Strong understanding of online payments, payment gateways, APIs, and merchant acquiring. Proven track record in merchant acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
