A Senior Client Services Manager position is available at an advertising agency based in Johannesburg.
Hybrid:
Office & Remote Based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships and trust with clients. - Service Delivery & Quality Control:
Oversee the end-to-end client experience, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. - Revenue Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to expand the account value. - Reporting & Analysis:
Generate performance reports, maintain client databases, and track KPIs to measure satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Strong agency & FMCG experience.
- Exposure to Shopper marketing campaigns, TTL campaigns & TVC.
- Needs to have experience on Chase.
