Business Officer | 10071 | temporary contract for 12 months/secondment opportunity | 37 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum | Grade D | Norwich
We are looking for a dynamic Business Officer to join the Business Support team within Adult Social Services, giving support to the roll‑out of a new transformation project.
As Our Business Officer, You Will- Support and assist with the roll‑out of the transformation project
- Provide essential administrative support to the project team
- Keep all project members updated and informed, ensuring smooth communication
- Maintain organised project records, logs and shared information
- Work flexibly to respond to changing priorities within the project
- Use your strong ICT skills to manage documents, updates, data and project tools effectively
You will be part of a friendly, collaborative team and will play a vital role in ensuring the project runs efficiently and that staff feel well-informed throughout the roll‑out.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using a wide range of ICT systems and digital tools
- Flexible and adaptable as the project evolves
- Proactive, approachable and happy to help colleagues
- Able to manage their time effectively in a fast‑moving environment
