Position: BPO Sales Director - Insurance (REMOTE ROLE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Proactively originate deals and create demand in the market
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Insurance (P&C, L&A) industry
  • Develop customized transformative BPO/BPaaS propositions leveraging AI and technology automation
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with various teams to close multi-million-dollar BPO deals
  • Execute a strategic go-to-market plan to generate awareness and demand
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales
  • 7+ years of experience selling large, complex global BPO deals (>$20M TCV)
  • 5+ years of recent experience in Transformative Customer Experience/Customer Service
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
