• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Support the configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
• Redefine and implement best‑in‑class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Create client deliverables and lead training efforts for new processes
• Maintain documentation and business process artifacts for ongoing reference and training

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance within the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in a client‑facing servicing and/or business process role for at least 3 years
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship

• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
• Experience in creating and maintaining procedure documentation
