• Provide consultation to leaders and partners on process improvement and reporting on rewards and recognition
• Lead innovation efforts and streamline workflow processes for greater efficiency
• Evaluate and enhance processes using benchmarking, modeling, pilots, and prototyping
• Mentor and educate others on process design techniques and tools
• Manage day-to-day operations of business and systems processes, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of customer requests

• Minimum of eight years of experience in business process design or operations
• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, design, and implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions on process strategies
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to virtually lead teams

• Process-related certifications preferred (e.g., CPCU, CPU, LOMA)
• Experience with project management concepts and techniques
• Proficiency in process development or operations
• Familiarity with trends supporting process design and operations
