• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows within the agency management system
• Document and maintain processes and procedures to serve as training resources and ongoing references
• Define requirements and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Create standardized workflows that leverage technology tools for improved operations
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables based on documented processes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance within the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role for at least 3 years
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining procedure documentation
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
