Business Process Specialist, Private Client Services

• Design and implement best-in‑class business processes, workflows, and data standards
• Collaborate with national and regional representatives to create standardized workflows
• Document and maintain procedures and other business process artifacts for training and reference
• Support configuration of agency management systems and design reporting outputs
• Lead training efforts for new processes and procedures

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience in a client‑facing servicing and/or business process role

• Experience working with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation
• Previous experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
