• Salary up to $110,000, depending on relevant experience

• Design, implement, and manage variable compensation models aligned with revenue and P&L objectives
• Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Finance leadership to establish and maintain data-driven quotas and performance targets
• Analyze compensation structures' impact on unit economics to ensure sustainable growth
• Evaluate incentive plan effectiveness and recommend changes to drive key business outcomes
• Build automated dashboards providing insights into attainment, earnings, and productivity for stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Strategy
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets; strong proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools (such as Tableau)
• Highly proficient in operational and financial modeling; ability to leverage AI-enabled tools
• Experience in designing and administering sales compensation and incentive plans
• Proven ability to manage projects from strategy through execution in a cross-functional environment

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking practices
• Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools
