• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables
• Communicate effectively with various teams to facilitate coordination and organization

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
