• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and organization across teams
• Monitor deliverables to ensure successful follow-through on projects

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship
• Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
