• Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to resolve recurring issues on the Amazon Marketplace
• Develop data-driven mechanisms for performance tracking and analysis
Build structured reporting suites to monitor request volumes, compliance, and project milestones
• Lead solution ideation for stakeholders when new brand-driven opportunities or challenges arise
• Manage and define business performance KPIs to ensure marketplace health and brand excellence

• Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Proven experience navigating Amazon systems (Vendor Central/Seller Central/Brand Registry)
• Demonstrable understanding of ROI calculation and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact
• Experience in building scalable and automated processes
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex gaps to non-technical stakeholders

• Previous experience in e-commerce program management or related fields
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools and methodologies
• Background in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Ability to create strategic documentation, such as white papers and gap analyses
