• Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for payment products, aligned with the company's vision and market demands
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers to achieve team goals while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and build optimal product experiences
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for innovation and improvement
• Promote and advocate for your product area internally and externally, including presentations to stakeholders

• Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches
• Significant experience in the B2B SaaS industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into product plans
• Outstanding written communication and collaboration skills; business-level proficiency in English

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
