Business Process Specialist, Private Client Services

• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Document and maintain business processes and procedures for training and reference
• Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
  
  Utilize agency management systems and reporting tools to create new processes
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to improve processes for efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining procedure documentation
