Associate, Proposal Writer

• Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other client questionnaires
• Populate proposal templates with approved content and ensure documents meet submission requirements
• Track proposal timelines and coordinate with various teams for required input
• Maintain the proposal content library by organizing and updating pre-approved responses
• Suggest improvements to templates and assist in documenting team processes

• 1-2 years of experience in a business writing, marketing, or administrative support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Basic familiarity with proposal tools or project tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication abilities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries
• Familiarity with Qvidian, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Coursework or training in marketing communications or proposal development
