• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Assist in executing projects and ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables
• Organize and communicate effectively across teams to facilitate collaboration

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
• Experience with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and facilitating communication across teams
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
