• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities are translated into action and measurable outcomes
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Enable execution of process initiatives and monitor visible progress across functions
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful follow-through on deliverables

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
• Experience with agency management and related systems, such as Applied Epic
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies or tools
