• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Translate strategic process priorities into actionable steps and measurable outcomes
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Enable execution of process initiatives across various functions
• Ensure successful follow-through on deliverables and project milestones

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management and related systems, such as Applied Epic
• Demonstrated successful follow-through on deliverables

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
