Lighting Business Development Manager

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities and building market strategies.
  • Building and managing key relationships with current clients while developing new partnerships.
  • Leading sales efforts by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers.
  • Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, organizing proposals, and staying ahead of the game using  CRM.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline business expansion.
  • Delivering results by meeting or exceeding sales goals while keeping clients engaged.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A track record of leadership with experience managing sales or business development.
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve high targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and navigating a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Perks
  • Base Salary: $40,000 per year plus commission for a total of $100k+/year possible.
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Weekly travel will be necessary.
