• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
• Document and maintain business processes, procedures, and training materials
• Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to improve workflow efficiency
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables to enhance service quality

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship

• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
• Experience in creating and maintaining procedure documentation
