• Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery, including agent pre-onboarding and licensing
• Independently manage complex tasks such as escalations and report analysis
• Coordinate projects with clients, carriers, and third parties
• Monitor and track service-related metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure standard operating procedures are up to date and meet requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment
• Working knowledge of administrative systems and collaboration tools (Web Ex Teams, Microsoft Teams)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
• Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Active listening abilities
