YOUR ROLE
For a company operating in the construction and residential building sector, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to be based in Paris.
The candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the procurement process for construction projects, ensuring cost control, supply quality, and compliance with project timelines.
The candidate will have full responsibility for selecting and negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, and coordinating the purchasing department, supporting Project Management in the economic and operational planning of contracts.

Working arrangements: 2 days of remote working
Main responsibilities

Complete management of the procurement process for construction projects
Scouting, selection, and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors
Financial and contractual negotiation
Comparative analysis of bids and cost optimization
Monitoring of purchasing budgets and control of project margins
Management of orders and contracts via ERP
Coordination with Project Managers and the technical office
Monitoring delivery times and supply chain  Technical requirements

At least 4-6 years' experience in procurement in the residential and construction sector
Previous experience as Purchasing Manager or Procurement Manager
Excellent knowledge of Office (advanced Excel)
Proven experience in contract negotiation
Professional knowledge of French (mandatory)
Experience in using Navision or equivalent ERP (Navision will be a plus)
Decision-making autonomy and results-oriented approach
