- Lead weekly operational Dairy Supply Chain production planning and adjust staff plans based on tactical business guidance
- Analyze and report weekly performance metrics to management for assigned business areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute operational dairy supply chain plans and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and management analysis
- Provide training and growth opportunities for team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Dairy Science, Math, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Proven supervisory experience or demonstrated aptitude for leading teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information professionally
- Background in the dairy industry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to make effective decisions
- Experience in fostering teamwork and problem-solving within cross-departmental collaborations
