What You’ll Do- Conduct cold calling using the leads provided by the company and through personal referrals.
- Utilise creative business development methodologies to acquire new business, while maintaining close partnership with existing ones.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and existing corporate clients through active engagement with clients.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing passive candidates and nurturing relationships.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights on candidate availability and market trends.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to expand our candidate reach.
- Analyze data and market trends to enhance our recruitment strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CEI-certified individuals will be preferred.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
