• Manage engagement delivery by gathering and analyzing information, formulating recommendations, and presenting findings to clients
• Own full work streams from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness in deliverables

• Facilitate meetings and workshops while coordinating with team members on interdependencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice within a consulting firm or similar role
• At least 1 year of management experience or experience leading teams/projects of varying sizes
• Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills

• Master's Degree
• 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD)
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and PowerPoint mediums
