• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a consulting environment
• At least 1 year of management experience, including leading teams or projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 1 year of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
• Familiarity with exponential technologies such as AI/ML and GenAI
• Excellent communication skills across various mediums
