What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-potential ($40K+ ARR) customers in the Strategic segment
  • Identify and navigate complex customer environments to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience by proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Align Calendly’s product offerings with customer business objectives as a strategic partner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to elevate customer feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within a SaaS/PLG environment
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex Enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer data to inform proactive engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and other customer success systems
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on balancing customer satisfaction and company goals
