• Lead business process change initiatives and analyze data to identify gaps and conflicts
• Manage and evaluate business process change requests using established methodologies
• Facilitate meetings with document/process owners and subject matter experts
• Evaluate process change performance through post‑implementation data analysis
• Present recommended solutions for process changes to stakeholders and lead consensus discussions

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 3 years of work experience analyzing business processes and workflows
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Strong analytical, writing, and facilitation/communication skills

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management
• Business Architect experience
• Familiarity with formal documentation management methodology
• Lean Six Sigma experience
