The Senior Practice Engagement Manager (Senior Director), Americas is a vital role in the Enterprise Services leadership team, with the main goal of driving business development for our Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) Transformation and outsourcing services. You will lead responses and proposals against client RFXs as a domain expert, collaborating closely with teams such as solution design, program management, digital solutions, and transformation consulting.
You will also work with various sales groups to identify proactive pursuit opportunities with prospective clients. Your objective is to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones. You will act as a trusted advisor to client CPOs and Procurement leaders, providing insights and guidance on leveraging transformative Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) solutions.
- Build strong relationships with CPOs, Procurement leaders, and GBS leaders, ensuring alignment to Infosys solutions and capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and help them achieve strategic objectives.
- Co‑lead Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) transformation pursuits with sales anchors, ensuring high‑quality winning proposals are submitted.
- Engage with client leaders, understand requirements, address them in proposals, present proposals, take feedback, and improve proposals.
- Suggest latest and relevant Agentic AI solutions to enhance clients’ procurement landscapes.
- Participate in senior governance teams for transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Provide domain leadership and guidance to S&P engagements in the Americas as required.
- Create and deliver high‑quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the S&P domain.
- Participate or lead Analyst RFIs to keep Infosys in the S&P Leaders quadrant and improve its position year on year.
- Coach and mentor junior pursuit team members, developing their skills and capabilities.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives supporting the unit’s goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or consideration of three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
- 16+ years of experience, with strong sales, relationship management, or account management background.
- Deep knowledge of the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P)/GBS transformation landscape and latest trends.
- Ability to identify win themes and link them to proposed solutions.
- Track record of providing CPO advisory services and delivering value‑added outcomes.
- Understanding of latest AI and Agentic AI solutions across the S2P value chain.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Ability to work with diverse cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work ModelRole is remote from anywhere in the U.S. or based near an Infosys BPM office, with the ability to work from home or the office when not on client site. Business travel is required to be onsite at clients across the Americas.
