Position: Sr. Manager, Sales Operations (Strategics) (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Regional Vice Presidents and sales leadership, translating complex sales data into actionable insights
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of large, multi‑year enterprise deals, ensuring pricing integrity and facilitating deal reviews
  • Own the forecasting cadence for the Strategics segment, identifying risks and upsides with high accuracy
  • Design and optimize territories for the top 200 accounts in alignment with long‑term goals
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales tech stack and build scalable solutions to reduce administrative burdens
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and G‑suite; proficiency with Clari and Tableau is a plus
  • Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, contraction, and complex contract structures
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred

  • Experience navigating the complexity of 7 and 8‑figure deals
  • Ability to present data insights effectively and challenge forecasts with data‑driven arguments
