- Act as a trusted advisor to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and sales leadership, translating complex sales data into actionable insights
- Manage the operational lifecycle of large, multi-year enterprise deals, ensuring pricing integrity and facilitating deal reviews
- Own the forecasting cadence for the Strategics segment, identifying risks and upsides proactively
- Design and optimize territories for the top 200 accounts in alignment with long‑term goals
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales tech stack and build scalable solutions to reduce administrative burdens
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills
- Expert‑level proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and G‑suite
- Strong understanding of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and complex contract structures
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred
- Proficiency with Clari and Tableau
- Experience navigating the complexities of 7 and 8‑figure deals
- Ability to challenge forecasts backed by data and business understanding
