• Support end-to-end enterprise service delivery, including agent pre-onboarding and licensing
• Independently manage escalations, report analysis, and communication with key stakeholders
• Coordinate projects with clients, carriers, and third parties to ensure timely completion
• Monitor service-related metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in internal user acceptance and integration testing

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
• Experience with administrative systems and collaboration tools (Web Ex Teams, Microsoft Teams)
