The Business Process Manager is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes across all supply chain functions. This role drives operational excellence through systems integration, KPI development, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Business Process Manager will serve as a key liaison between supply chain operations, IT, finance, and accounting, ensuring scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that support business growth and transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across business units.
- Design, implement, and manage process and systems enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, SWIs, workflows) and training materials to support adoption and compliance.
- Own the full lifecycle of process—from requirements gathering and design to implementation, rollout, training and change management.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and drive performance across the supply chain.
- Act as a strategic liaison between supply chain, IT, finance and accounting to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste, increase efficiency and enhance service levels.
- Standardize processes across multiple business units to ensure consistency, scalability and compliance.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision‑making and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver process and system enhancements on time and within budget.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence by fostering collaboration, accountability and innovation.

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution or business process management roles.
- Proven experience with WMS and ERP systems, especially Net Suite and Softeon.
- Strong background in process design, optimisation and change management.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional initiatives involving IT, finance and operations.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data‑visualisation tools is a plus.
