The Supply Chain team focuses on keeping things moving across all aspects of our business. They make an impact by ensuring our products get from the vendors to the DCs to the stores in the most efficient and timely way. In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote flex day (with leader approval). The Supply Chain Volume Planning Analyst supports volume planning, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts across Distribution Centers and Transportation. This role partners closely with MP&A and Supply Chain teams to analyze volume trends, support cost modeling, and help translate business strategies into operationally executable plans.

The Analyst serves as an analytical connector between merchandising demand and supply chain execution, ensuring visibility into volume impacts and opportunities to improve efficiency and service.

• Support development and maintenance of supply chain volume plans across Units, Lines, UPL, Cube, and Cube per Unit.
• Analyze volume trends and identify potential capacity risks or opportunities.
• Assist with forecasting updates and variance analysis.

• Run and maintain cost modeling tools related to inbound and outbound optimization.
• Support analysis of rounding profiles, order cycle frequency, and truckload vs. LTL decisions.
• Assist in implementing approved changes in partnership with MP&A and operations teams.

• Partner with MP&A, Transportation, Distribution, and Store Ops to gather inputs and communicate volume impacts.
• Support volume smoothing efforts to align merchandising objectives with supply chain efficiency.

• Create and maintain standard reporting that provides visibility into volume and capacity.
• Support senior team members with ad hoc analysis and presentations.

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, or a related field.

• This role requires collaboration, teamwork, and face-to-face interaction with colleagues, leaders, and/or clients.
• Being in the office ensures access to leaders, cross-functional partners, and resources necessary to make timely decisions and drive results.
