    Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

    About the role

    We are looking for a Claims Account Manager to join our growing team!

    You are ready to take on the challenge of revolutionizing the supply chain in the insurance industry in the West! As a Claims Account Manager, your main mission will be to ensure, using performance management tools, that our suppliers reach and exceed expectations. Your role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of our processes while continuously aiming for improvement in operations and practices.

    Additionally, you will collaborate closely with your manager to design and implement innovative strategies nationally. In doing so, you will contribute to the creation of business relationships geared towards long-term partnerships essential for our company to surpass the insurance industry standards.

    What you will do:

  • Analyze data to proactively identify opportunities and address challenges in our supply chain.

  • Prepare rigorous analysis, dynamic presentations, and inspiring training sessions on performance to share with our suppliers and internal teams, driving them towards excellence.

  • Propose and implement business strategies to optimize supply chain processes and maintain high performance levels among our suppliers.

  • Strategically collaborate with our internal operations to launch initiatives aimed at improving operational results and strengthening the competitiveness and outperformance of our national supply chain.

  • Ensure that our suppliers are firmly committed to adhering to guidelines and their contractual commitments.

  • Actively participate in the implementation of solutions, especially during emergency situations such as natural disasters.

  • Act as our ambassador to suppliers, resolving technical issues and other challenges that may affect supply chain performance.

  • Practice open and honest communication to cultivate and maintain strategic business relationships.

  • What you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or a combination of equivalent studies and experience.

  • Experience in supply chain management or Property claims management.

  • Exceptional leadership skills and a strong commitment demonstrated in a previous role.

  • Sharp analytical skills to develop and review supplier performance reports, interpret them, and develop action plans as needed.

  • Proficiency in performing and presenting cost/benefit analyses, with the ability to influence decision-making to obtain necessary approvals.

  • Skills in project management and strategic national initiative implementation is an asset.

  • Excellence in communication and a keen sense of customer service.

  • Experience in strategic planning with the ability to drive business growth.

  • The position is hybrid, with both office presence and remote work, maintaining availability for travel up to 20%, necessary to ensure direct and effective contact with our partners.
