• Calculate pre-disability earnings, deductions, offsets, over payments, and other financial work in line with group disability policies
• Apply policy provisions related to pre- and post-disability financial calculations
• Conduct ongoing reviews of claimant return-to-work earnings calculations
• Review and ensure the accuracy of benefit components in the claims payment systems
• Communicate financial aspects of claims effectively to Case Managers and make necessary calls to obtain missing financial information

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong math aptitude and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with Group Disability products
