Position: Sales Operations Director (Remote)

In this pivotal role, you will lead the global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting function, enabling data‑driven decision making while ensuring robust governance and scalable processes. Accountabilities
  • Lead and develop a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Define and manage global sales reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Act as a product owner for sales platforms, driving roadmap and value realization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations.
  • Ensure high-quality data for forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Manage resources and budgets for efficient operations.
Requirements
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading teams in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and revenue platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, technology‑driven organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑starter mindset with strategic and hands‑on abilities.
  • Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
